Memo to Rove

• Yelling your opening monologue does not make your lame jokes any funnier. In fact, it just makes you look even more desperate for a laugh.
• Having Australia's unfunniest skrag, Corrine Grant, as your first guest for the year does not set a good standard.
• Do not attempt sketch comedy. Skithouse tried and failed dismally. Your "mini-me" sketch was beyond pathetic.
• Asking your guests cringe-worthy questions (such as, to Goldeneye's Famke Jansen, "Do you get to choose your character's name?".... Really. What the fuck kind of shitty question is that?) is embarassing. When it is an international guest, it's even more shameful.
• When the most amusing part of your show is people flicking their lights on and off, you should realise there is a problem.
